Article 1
1. The Agreement with the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning trade in certain steel products is hereby approved on behalf of the European Coal and Steel Community. 2. The text of the Agreement(1) is annexed to this Decision.

Article 2
The President of the Commission is hereby authorised to designate the persons empowered to sign the Agreement referred to in Article 1 in order to bind the European Coal and Steel Community.
