Import licences covered by applications submitted by 14 February 2002 pursuant to Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 192/2002 for 45000 tonnes shall be issued for 62,22222 % of the quantity applied for.

Article 2
The submission of further applications for 2002 is hereby suspended.
Article 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on 27 February 2002. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 26 February 2002.
