1. The deadlines for the submission of information on flavouring substances as required under Article 3(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1565/2000 are set out in the Annex. 2. Following a reasoned request from the person responsible for placing such substances on the market, the Commission may extend the deadline. The request must be lodged before the expiry of the deadline.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 11 April 2002.
