Commission Regulation (EC) No 1829/2002 of 14 October 2002 amending the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1107/96 with regard to the name "Feta" (Text with EEA relevance)

1. The name "Ξ¦ΞΟΞ±" (Feta) shall be included in the register of protected designations of origin and geographical indications provided for in Article 6(3) of Regulation (EEC) No 2081/92 as a protected designation of origin (PDO). 2. The name "Ξ¦ΞΟΞ±" shall be added to part A of the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1107/96 under the heading "Cheeses", "Greece".
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 14 October 2002.
