Article 1
The Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Community and Ukraine is hereby approved on behalf of the Community. The text of the Agreement and its two Annexes is attached to this Decision.

Article 2
The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Community, give the notification provided for in Article 12 of the Agreement. Done at Brussels, 6 February 2003. For the Council The President P.
