Article 2
This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union and shall enter into force on the date of its publication. Done at Brussels, 22 July 2003. For the Council The President G. Alemanno (1) OJ C 195, 25.6.1997, p. 1. (2) The date on which the arrangements between Spain and the United Kingdom relating to Gibraltar authorities in the context of EU and EC instruments and related treaties took effect.
