The State aid which the Netherlands is planning to implement as development assistance for developing countries in the form of grants with an aid intensity of 25 % in connection with the sale by Bodewes/Pattje bv of two general cargo vessels and two pulp and paper carriers to Indonesia is compatible with the common market. Implementation of the aid is accordingly authorised.
