Derogations from the characteristics 21 11 0, 21 12 0 and 21 14 0 of section 4 of Annex 2 to Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 58/97 are granted for the reference years 2001 to 2004 as specified in Annex I to this Regulation.

Derogations from the characteristics 21 11 0, 21 12 0 and 21 14 0 of section 4 of Annex 2 to Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 58/97 are granted for the reference years 2001 to 2004 as specified in Annex I to this Regulation.
Derogations from the list of characteristics contained in section 4 of Annex 6 to Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 58/97 are granted for the reference years 2001 to 2003 as specified in Annex II to this Regulation.
Derogations from the list of characteristics contained in Section 4 of Annex 7 to Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 58/97 are granted for the reference years 2002 to 2004 as specified in Annex III to this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 1 September 2003.
