2004/16/EC: Council Decision of 22 December 2003 on downgrading Annex 5 to the Common Consular Instructions and the corresponding Annex 14b to the Common Manual and on declassifying Annexes 9 and 10 to the Common Consular Instructions and the corresponding Annexes 6b and 6c to the Common Manual

Article 1

Annex 5 to the Common Consular Instructions and the corresponding Annex 14b to the Common Manual shall be downgraded to "RESTREINT EU" and Annexes 9 and 10 to the Common Consular Instructions, as well as the corresponding Annexes 6b and 6c to the Common Manual, shall be declassified.

Article 2

Annexes 9 and 10 to the Common Consular Instructions and the corresponding Annexes 6b and 6c to the Common Manual shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 3

The decisions of the Schengen Executive Committee of 14 December 1993 (SCH/Com-ex (93)22 rev) and of 23 June 1998 (SCH/Com-ex (98)17) are repealed.

Article 4

This Decision shall take effect on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
