1. The Agreement between the European Community and the Government of the Russian Federation amending the Agreement between the ECSC and the Government of the Russian Federation concerning trade in certain steel products of 9 July 2002 is hereby approved on behalf of the Community. 2. The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.
The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the persons empowered to sign the Agreement referred to in Article 1. Done at Luxembourg, 27 October 2003.
