Article 1
The Protocol on the Statute of the Court of Justice is hereby amended as follows: 1. in the second paragraph of Article 16, "11" shall be replaced by "13"; 2. in the fourth paragraph of Article 17, "11" shall be replaced by "15".

Article 2
This Decision shall take effect on the entry into force of the Treaty concerning the accession of the Czech Republic, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Malta, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Slovenia and the Slovak Republic to the European Union.
