Article 1
Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 1306/2003 is hereby replaced by the following: "Article 6 The alcohol must be removed no more than 10 months after the date of notification of the Commission's decision to award the sale."

Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 18 February 2004.
