Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 1 March 2004. "Shaykh Abd-al-Majid AL-ZINDANI (alias (a) Abdelmajid AL-ZINDANI; (b) Shaykh Abd Al-Majid AL-ZINDANI). Date of birth: 1950. Place of birth: Yemen. Nationality: Yemeni. Passport No: A005487 (Yemen) issued 13 August 1995."
