Article 1
Annexes to Regulation (EC) No 2150/2002 are amended as follows: 1. In Annex I, Section 2(1) is replaced by Annex I to this Regulation. 2. Annex III is replaced by Annex II to this Regulation.

Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 23 February 2004.
