By way of derogation from the first subparagraph of Article 14(7) of Regulation (EC) No 780/2003, titular holders of import licences issued after 1 May 2004 within the framework of Regulation (EC) No 2341/2003 may, without quantitative limitation, release meat for free circulation which previously has been stored under the Community bonded warehousing system.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 May 2004. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 16 April 2004.
