The State aid which the Netherlands is planning to implement for Bodewes Scheepswerven BV, amounting to EUR [β¦], for Scheepswerf Visser, amounting to EUR [β¦], for Bodewes Scheepswerf Volharding Foxhol, amounting to EUR [β¦] and for Scheepswerf De Merwede, amounting to EUR [β¦] is incompatible with the common market. The aid may accordingly not be implemented.
The Netherlands shall inform the Commission, within two months of notification of this Decision, of the measures taken to comply with it.
This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
