Article 1
The state aid which Belgium is planning to implement for Sioen Fibres SA, amounting to EUR 2,86 million, is incompatible with the common market. The aid may accordingly not be implemented.

Belgium shall inform the Commission, within two months of notification of this Decision, of the measures taken to comply with it.
