The Sate aid which France has implemented as development aid for the construction of the cruise ships Pacific Princess (formerly R3) and Tahitian Princess (formerly R4) , in the form of tax concessions, is compatible with the common market under Article 87(3)(e) of the Treaty.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the French Republic.
