The state aid which, according to notification N 609/2003, Germany is planning to implement for Kronoply, amounting to β¬3Β 936Β 947, is incompatible with the common market. The aid may accordingly not be implemented.

Germany shall inform the Commission, within two months of notification of this decision, of the measures taken to comply with it.

This decision is addressed to the Federal Republic of Germany.
