2006/348/EC: Commission Decision of 3 January 2006 on the national provisions notified by the Republic of Finland under Article 95(4) of the EC Treaty concerning the maximum admissible content of cadmium in fertilisers (notified under document number C(2005) 5542) (Text with EEA relevance)

Article 1

In derogation from Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003, the Finnish provisions which prohibit the placing on the Finnish market of phosphorous mineral fertilisers with a cadmium content exceeding 50 mg for each kilogram of phosphorous are approved.

The derogation shall apply until harmonised measures on cadmium in fertilisers are applicable at Community level.

This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Finland.
