Open ↗The Italian authorities shall notify the Commission of any increase of more than 20 % in the original budget of the aid scheme provided for in Article 35 of Region of Veneto Law No 5/2000.
Article 3
Open ↗Within two months of notification of this Decision, Italy shall inform the Commission of the measures it has taken to comply with it.
