Article 1
The State aid which the Netherlands are planning to implement for the development of a broadband network in Appingedam is incompatible with the Common market. The measure may accordingly not be implemented.

Article 2
The Netherlands shall inform the Commission, within two months of the notification of this Decision, of the measures taken to comply with it.
Article 3
This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
