The aid scheme which Italy is planning to implement under Article 60 of Regional Law No 17/2004 constitutes State aid. The aid referred to in the preceding paragraph is incompatible with the common market and may not therefore be implemented.
Italy shall inform the Commission, within two months of the notification of this Decision, of the measures taken to comply with it.
This Decision is addressed to the Italian Republic.
