The formal investigation procedure regarding the investment aid of DEM 348Β 930 for the cleaning and filtering system for the Nordkristall GmbH sugar factory in GΓΌstrow (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) is hereby closed pursuant to Article 8(2) of Regulation (EC) No 659/1999.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Federal Republic of Germany.
