Article 1
The Republic of Chile shall be removed from the list of beneficiary countries of the Community’s scheme of generalised tariff preferences, set out in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 980/2005.

Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
