2008/90/EC: Commission Decision of 10 July 2007 on State aid C 20/06 (ex NN 30/06) implemented by Slovenia for Novoles Lesna Industrija Straža d.d. (notified under document number C(2007) 3223) (Text with EEA relevance )

The State aid which Slovenia has implemented for Novoles Straža is compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(c) of the EC Treaty and the Community Guidelines on state aid for rescuing and restructuring firms in difficulty adopted in 1999.
1. The restructuring plan shall be implemented in full. All necessary measures shall be taken to ensure that the plan is implemented. 2. Implementation of the plan shall be monitored on the basis of annual reports communicated by Slovenia to the Commission. A report concerning the 2007 activities shall be submitted by the end of January 2008 and a report concerning the 2008 activities shall be submitted by the end of January 2009. The reports shall contain detailed information on the financial performance of the company and the investments made.
This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Slovenia.
