The state aid which Poland is planning to implement according to the restructuring plan of Techmatrans, amounting to PLN 2Β 800Β 000, is compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(c) of the EC Treaty. Implementation of the aforementioned aid of PLN 2Β 800Β 000 is accordingly authorised.
This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Poland.
