Article 1

In Title I, point 3 of the C.SIS Financial Regulation, the following indent shall be added: ‘— in the case of the Swiss Confederation, the contribution shall only be calculated on the basis of the costs incurred for the installation of the C.SIS from 1 January 2005. The Swiss Confederation shall also contribute to the operating costs of the C.SIS from 1 January 2008.’

Article 2

This Decision shall take effect from the date of its adoption. It shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union .
