Article 1
The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure related to EUPOL AFGHANISTAN for the period from 1 December 2008 until 30 November 2009 shall be EUR 64 000 000.

Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
Article 3
This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union .
