Article 2
The State aid which France plans to implement in favour of PGF/IGCF of an intensity of 8,65Β % NGE is compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(c) of the EC Treaty. Implementation of the aid is accordingly authorised. France is authorised to pay the balance of the aid, namely EUR 727Β 389 (in nominal terms), to PGF/IGCF.

This Decision is addressed to the French Republic.
