Article 1
The following paragraph shall be added to Article 1 of Decision 1999/70/EC:
‘16. Deloitte Audit s.r.o. is hereby approved as the external auditor of the Národná banka Slovenska for the financial year 2009.’

This Decision shall be notified to the ECB.
