The Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation amending Annex 11 to the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on trade in agricultural products ( 2 ) , together with the Declaration attached to the Final Act thereto, is hereby approved on behalf of the Community.
The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Community, give the notification provided for in Article 2 of the Agreement ( 3 ) .
This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union .
