The name contained in the Annex to this Regulation shall be entered in the register. Pork Farms Ltd, Stobarts Ltd and Kerry Foods Ltd may, however, continue to use that name for a period of five years from the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
