Article 1
Regulation (EC) No 1484/95 is modified as follows: 1. Article 2 is replaced by the following: ‘Article 2 1. The representative prices referred to in Article 141(3) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 ( *1 ) and in the second subparagraph of Article 3(3) of Regulation (EEC) No 2783/75 shall be determined at regular intervals on the basis of data collected under the Community surveillance system governed by Article 308d of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 ( *2 ) . 2.
