Article 1

The State aid of EUR 1 million granted by transforming the rescue aid for the company ‘Les Volailles du Périgord’ into restructuring aid and implemented illegally by France in breach of Article 88(3) of the Treaty is compatible with the common market.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the French Republic.
