Article 1

1. A provisional anti-dumping duty is hereby imposed on imports of high tenacity yarn of polyesters (other than sewing thread), not put up for retail sale, including monofilament of less than 67 decitex originating in the People’s Republic of China, currently falling within CN code 5402 20 00 . 2. The rate of the provisional anti-dumping duty applicable to the net, free-at-Union-frontier price, before duty, of the product described in paragraph 1 and manufactured by the companies below shall be: Company Duty (%) TARIC additional code Zhejiang Guxiandao Industrial Fibre Co., Ltd 9,3 A974 Zhejiang Unifull Industrial Fibre Co., Ltd 7,7 A975 Zhejiang Hailide New Material Co., Ltd 0 A976 Companies listed in the Annex 8,9 A977 All other companies 9,3 A999 3. The release for free circulation in the Union of the product referred to in paragraph 1 shall be subject to the provision of a security equivalent to the amount of the provisional duty. 4. Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.

Article 2

1. Without prejudice to Article 20 of Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009, interested parties may request disclosure of the essential facts and considerations on the basis of which this Regulation was adopted, make their views known in writing and apply to be heard orally by the Commission within 1 month of the date of entry into force of this Regulation. 2. Pursuant to Article 21(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009, the parties concerned may comment on the application of this Regulation within 1 month of the date of its entry into force.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1 of this Regulation shall apply for a period of 6 months.
