Article 1

The purchase price paid by the city of Karkkila to Componenta Oyj for shares in Karkkilan Keskustakiinteistöt Oy under the contract concluded by the parties on 16 December 2003 does not constitute state aid for Componenta Corporation Oyj within the meaning of Article 107(1) TFEU.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Finland.
