Article 1
The Agreement between the European Union and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on certain aspects of air services ( 3 ) (the ‘Agreement’) is hereby approved on behalf of the Union.

Article 2
The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided in Article 8(1) of the Agreement.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
