Article 1
The Agreement between the European Union and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on certain aspects of air services ( 3 ) (the ‘Agreement’) is hereby approved on behalf of the Union.

2012/113/EU: Council Decision of 14 February 2012 on the conclusion of an Agreement between the European Union and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on certain aspects of air services
Article 2
The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided in Article 8(1) of the Agreement.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
