Article 1

The measure C 35/10 which Denmark is planning to implement in the form of duties for online gambling in the Danish Gaming Duties Act is compatible with the internal market within the meaning of Article 107(3)(c) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. Implementation of the measure is accordingly authorised.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of Denmark.
