This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX In Part E of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 the following entry is inserted in the food category 14.2.1 ‘beer and malt beverages’ after the entry for E 962: ‘E 1105 Lysozyme quantum satis only in beers that will not receive either pasteurisation or sterile filtration Period of application: From 25 June 2012’
