Article 1

The holder of the recognition granted to Det Norske Veritas shall be, from the date of entry into force of this Decision, DNV GL AS, which is the parent entity of all legal entities that constitute the recognised organisation for the purpose of Regulation (EC) No 391/2009.

Due to the transfer of ownership of GL SE to DNV GL AS, the recognition of Germanischer Lloyd, initially granted to GL SE, ceases to apply.

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
