Regulation (EC) No 412/2008
By way of derogation from Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 412/2008, applications for import rights relating to the subperiod from 1 July 2013 to 30 September 2013, shall be submitted from 1 to 5 July 2013, and in any case no later than 13.00, Brussels time, on 5 July 2013.
Regulation (EC) No 431/2008
1. By way of derogation from Article 5(1) of Regulation (EC) No 431/2008, applications for import rights for the import tariff quota period starting on 1 July 2013 shall be submitted from 24 June to 5 July, and in any case no later than 13.00, Brussels time, on 5 July 2013. 2. By way of derogation from Article 5(3) of Regulation (EC) No 431/2008, for the import tariff quota starting on 1 July 2013 Member States shall notify the Commission of the total quantities covered by applications for import rights, no later than 13.00, Brussels time, on 12 July 2013.
Entry into force
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
