Article 1
In Article 66(3) of Regulation (EC) No 718/2007, the following point (d) is added: ‘(d) purchase of land and existing buildings when justified by the nature of the operation’.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
