Article 1

Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 314/2004 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 314/2004 is amended as follows: The following entry is deleted from the heading ‘II. Entities’: “(11) Zimbabwe Mining Development Corporation 90 Mutare Road, PO Box 2628, Harare, Zimbabwe. Associated with the ZANU-PF faction of Government. ZMDC falls under the responsibility of ZANU-PF Minister of Mines and Mining Development.”
