Article 1

Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX In Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 the following entry under the heading β€˜Legal persons, groups and entities’ is deleted: β€˜Al-Haramain Foundation (United States). Address: (a) 1257 Siskiyou Blvd., Ashland, OR 97520, USA; (b) 3800 Highway 99 S, Ashland, OR 97520, USA; (c) 2151 E Division St, Springfield, MO 65803, USA. Other information: the United States-based branch of Al-Haramain Foundation was formally established by Suliman Hamd Suleiman al-Buthe and an associate in 1997. Date of designation referred to in Article 2a(4)(b): 28.9.2004.’
