Article 1(18) of Decision 1999/70/EC is replaced by the following: ‘18. KPMG Baltics SIA is hereby approved as the external auditors of the Latvijas Banka for the financial years 2015 to 2019.’ .

This Decision shall take effect on the day of its notification.
