Article 2 of Decision 1999/352/EC, ECSC, Euratom is amended as follows: (1) in paragraph 2, the second sentence is deleted; (2) paragraph 4 is replaced by the following: β€˜4.Β Β Β The Office shall be responsible for the preparation of the legislative and regulatory initiatives of the Commission with the objective of fraud prevention as referred to in paragraph 1.’ .

This Decision shall enter into force on the first day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
