Article 1

The State aid which Germany has implemented in favour of Propapier PM2 GmbH, amounting to EUR 4 3 4 15 903 in discounted value, is compatible with the internal market in accordance with Article 107(3)(a) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Federal Republic of Germany.
