The powers conferred on the President of the European Council and on the President of the Council by the first paragraph of Article 6 of Protocol No 7 for the issuing of laissez-passer to members of their institutions, to officials and other servants of the European Council and of the Council, as well as to special applicants provided for in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1417/2013, shall be exercised by the Secretary-General of the Council. The Secretary-General shall be authorised to delegate those powers to the Director-General of Administration.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
