Article 1
In Article 3 of Regulation (EU) No 605/2014, paragraph 3 is replaced by the following: ‘3. Article 1(3) shall apply from 1 January 2016.’ .

Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
